Get plants off to a healthy start with either organic seeds or plants which are more vigorous and therefore less prone to pests and disease. Look after your garden with products from one of suppliers below, many products are not available from garden centres.
Instead of chemical fertilisers green manures grown from seed can conserve or increase fertility and moisture in the soil. Good quality tools (e.g. implementations) make mechanical control of weeds a joy instead of using Roundup and weedkillers. Barriers (nets, agrolan, fleece) can protect against pests such as insects, birds and slugs and there are also various devices for attracting natural predators such as frogs, nematodes, ladybirds and lacewings. A wide diversity of plants will also improve the health of your garden or allotment.
